About the Role

Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Program Officer to help steward, strengthen, and expand our youth-centred and strength-based programs. This role is far more than a job. It is a calling for someone who believes deeply in equity, restoration, and transformative relationships.
You will be instrumental in managing and growing our initiatives that support youth facing housing insecurity and the attendant vulnerabilities. From program design to frontline engagement, you will be a bridge between strategy and service, bringing heart, structure, and excellence to our mission.

Requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development & Coordination

  • Design, implement, and monitor holistic programs that support youth housing, life skills, education, mental health, and overall growth.

  • Ensure programs align with the organization's mission, values, and faith-based approach.

  • Track and report on case management, program outcomes, successes, and areas for improvement.

  • Liaise with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders to strengthen wraparound supports.

    Youth Engagement & Support

  • Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with youth.

  • Create safe, affirming, and empowering environments for youth to thrive.

  • Facilitate workshops, mentorship circles, and life skill sessions. Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and program documentation.

  • Assist with funding proposals, grant reports, and evaluations.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Team & Mission Alignment

  • Work closely with staff, volunteers, and external partners to build a strong, united team culture.

  • Connect with, encourage, and support youth and staff with a Christian worldview.

  • Actively contribute to case management, care plans, and organizational development.
