What is the Oasis program about?
The Oasis Youth Care program offers the foundational stability of housing for homeless and vulnerable male youth, aged 18-24, in Ontario's Halton Region.
We focus on empowering young people with life skills training, life coaching, and mentoring to help them build self-efficacy and achieve their goals. The program provides 2 houses with 10 safe and supportive bed spaces, known as the Oasis Houses.
Our strength-based approach aims to foster positive life outcomes, including housing and job stability, connections to community supports, and the ability to set and achieve personal goals in a serene, family-like environment.
